In October 2016, we began shipping a prototype predecessor to the Humon Hex to athletes
all over the U.S. This prototype, the Humon Beta, was used during thousands of workouts,
collecting valuable data and feedback from our users.
We've worked to incorporate all of this feedback, and hope you will enjoy using the Humon
Hex as much as we’ve enjoyed building it. Below are a few pictures and testimonials from
It’s now YOUR turn to become part of the community!
WHAT THE BETA USERS HAVE TO SAY ABOUT HUMON
"The Humon Hex is going to be a game changer for how my athletes and I train. It is
filling a huge void in helping us instantly understand the oxygen levels in our
muscles while we're training. Having this instant feedback will help us train smarter,
race faster, and analyze our performances in a whole different way than was ever possible!"
"With the a myriad of devices on the market, to provide human body metrics (heart beats,
steps, calories, etc.), only one has the potential to give professional and competitive
athletes the insight to train in such way to push the boundaries of endurance, efficiency,
speed and power. As a competitive indoor and water rowing athlete, I relied on the Humon Beta to
provide me the insight to my personal Lactate Threshold (key metric), so I can condition
smartly and reach my maximum potential."
"The Humon Hex has the potential to totally change how I train and it is more comfortable
than a heart rate monitor. It wass an impressive Beta."
"The Humon Hex is a device like no other and is revolutionary in endurance sports.
The invaluable data the Beta provides me allows me to train smarter so I can perform better."
"As an elite endurance athlete, I'm excited about how these insights will help to fill
the data gap in my training"

"Understanding your blood oxygen levels during exercise is the new way of training. Humon helps you manage your exercise intensity at the right levels in real time during your workout. Keeping blood O2 at the right levels will produce a better workout."
"Humon approached me to test their wearable device against the Oxiplex, a medical-grade device that measures oxygenation
in human tissue that I built and continue to improve. I agreed to set up a cycling experiment to test the device and was
extremely impressed by its accuracy, especially given it’s size and cost.
Quickly seeing the obvious market potential for such a device, and impressed by the quality of the team, I now serve as
an advisor to Humon and engage in research inspired by our work together"

"I could guess what's going on inside of the muscle or I could have the Humon which tells me exactly what I need to know.
That's a big edge."
"The Humon Hex is nothing like anything currently in the market. As an athlete, and athlete manager for world-class
endurance athletes, I'm convinced that the way Humon leverages muscles oxygenation data in real-time will change the
way endurance athletes train. Humon gives us unprecedented visibility into the body and more specifically the way muscles work."
